1. Driver Booking

• Customers must provide accurate details regarding the pickup location, date, time, and type of service required.

• Driver availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

• A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from SMT Driver Service.

2. Types of Driver Services

• We provide professional drivers for:

• Hourly driver service

• Daily driver service

• Outstation driver service

• Weekly driver service

• Monthly and permanent driver service

• Temporary and acting driver service

3. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer must provide a legally registered and roadworthy vehicle.

• The vehicle must have valid insurance, registration, and required documents.

• The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is in safe operating condition.

• Customers must provide accurate travel and destination details.

4. Driver Working Hours

• Driver working hours and service duration will be agreed upon before booking.

• Additional hours beyond the agreed service period may attract extra charges.

• For outstation trips, driver duty hours, rest breaks, and overnight arrangements should be discussed in advance.

5. Charges and Payment

• Service charges will depend on the type, duration, location, and requirements of the booking.

• Customers must pay the agreed service charges as per the payment terms.

• Additional charges, if applicable, will be communicated before or during the service.

• Any applicable taxes will be charged as per prevailing regulations.

6. Outstation Driver Service

• Outstation driver bookings must include the complete travel details and expected duration.

• Toll charges, parking fees, interstate permits, food, accommodation, and other travel-related expenses, if applicable, will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

• Driver allowance or overnight charges may apply based on the trip requirements.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Customers should inform SMT Driver Service as early as possible if they wish to cancel or reschedule a booking.

• Cancellation charges, if any, will depend on the booking terms communicated at the time of confirmation.

• Rescheduling is subject to driver availability.

8. Safety and Legal Compliance

• Drivers are expected to follow applicable traffic rules and safety regulations.

• Customers must not ask drivers to undertake illegal, unsafe, or prohibited activities.

• Drivers may decline requests that could compromise safety or violate applicable laws.

9. Customer Complaints

• Customers may contact SMT Driver Service regarding service-related concerns.

• We will review complaints and make reasonable efforts to resolve them promptly.

10. Limitation of Liability

• SMT Driver Service will make reasonable efforts to provide professional drivers as agreed.

• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, mechanical failures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

• Liability, where applicable, will be governed by the relevant laws and the specific terms of the booking.

11. Changes to Terms

• SMT Driver Service reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this website.
